So I am planning to smoke a larger prime rib than my last attempt, and I wanted to use my new Fruita splits to do the work of fueling the tasty smoke.  How do I do a Fruita test run?  How about $0.99/pound beef back ribs?  Yes, please.

So I foiled it after the first three hours, adding a mixture of birch beer, Worcestershire sauce, and a little input from my old friend Jack Daniels. Ran a little hot, so I only braised in foil for about 1.5 hours. I also ran the bag of charcoal empty, and I'm too lazy to walk around the house and grab another. So, it's in the oven with some sauce on it, just heating to a nice glaze until my wife gets here.
