Injected with Olive garden dressing and just used salt and pepper for the rub. 2nd pic is first coating of Alabama white sauce. Left wing dry to taste without sauce.

Looks very good. Is that Big Bob Gibson's white sauce?
I found a recipe online and made it. I found many that said it was BBG recipe but they were different. Who knows the "real" recipe? I would like it

That is some fine looking poultry ! I have always preferred the dark meat, but the breasts on that look cooked to moist perfection. Nice cook.

How was it injecting it with olive garden dressing? I use that to marinade and baste breasts when I'm grilling them sometimes...never thought about injecting it.
