This is my first attempt at spares.  I trimmed them to St. Louis style, just because that is what I prefer to eat.  However I have a bunch of scraps that have some good meat to them.  Any ideas or "tips" on how to or what to put these pork pieces in?

More pics shall follow.....

Great start    Put those pieces in the smoker,  they may not look as nice as the St. Louis style ribs but they are still good eating.

Well here it is, the final pics...I must say that my family loved them!!  I have to admit, I think they turned out pretty awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!
