Wife bought home a HUGE rack of spare ribs. Went with the 3-2-1 method I've read about on this forum.

Cut in 3 chunks and applied dry rub (homemade).

Lookw great! I'm loving smoking ribs on my brinkman. Those look delicious Silver. How long did you smoke the deer jerky? I'm going to be looking around on the forums for jerky recipes and some suggestions.

Chubba, the jerky was done on a dehydrator. I'm still debating on weather or not to try a batch on the smoker. Liquid smoke is ok but...

RTBB, yours look great! I had some leftovers on a biscuit this am, gooood.
