My first smoker build started with a free to me industrial stainless steel sink. I thought hey if you turn that on it's side it would make a nice smoker/grill. The goal of the project was to make a combination smoker and grill. To do this I use a rack system to move the fire from the top of the grill to the bottom depending on what I’m cooking. The intake air is controlled either manually by sliding the air vent on the front of the smoker. Or by using a temperature controller (FireBoard). Venting is done through two vents on both sides of the lid. I started the build in January and just completed it.
