How do you create smoke. I mean you have the heat with the propane but what creates the smoke? That is a beautiful smoker, if you dont mind me asking, what did it run you to build?

That is a genuinely awesome build! My question, besides the smoke (I assume you are using an AMAZIN or similar) is what did you make to catch the grease runoff? Catchplate? I hate to think it's building up at the bottom with those nice tiles.

He's Not Using Galvanized he's using Aluminum...

He says 3” galvanized for the exhaust pipes. Everything else seems to be aluminum. I don’t think temperatures will be high enough at the exhaust for any off gassing, plus by that point the flow path is no longer in contact with the food.

I am guessing that if you had to pay yourself for the man-hours invested, you couldn't afford it.
