just purchased this grillpro smoker thusday and test ran it yesterday did 2 mods to it friday also

1.door gasket

2. latches to keep door closed

now into today  ive got chicken  on started about 3 today and at 4 i added abt and stuffed mushrooms

here ya go just went out and snapped a pic for you all

I would not smoke my chicken over any other foods in the smoker...Danger !!!! Reverse the stacking order chicken on the bottom...
