First smoke with new Birthday present

I got a new 30" MES yesterday for my birthday (only had to wait in line at BPS for an hour) and figured I needed to try it out.  Got a Boston Butt, some baby back ribs and country style ribs the other day so I figured I might as well.

The ribs were coated with mustard and Head Country and the butt just has Head Country.  I am using apple and maple chips and the spritz will be straight apple juice.  Mouth is watering already!!

Its looking good and smelling better!!  My brother in law is here and very impressed.  Using apple/maple mix in the MES.

Very nice , I love my MES 30. I have a stick of Bologna in my right now. Doing 3 slaps of baby backs next.

Oh yeah!!  Brother in law stuffed some peppers and threw them on, too.  Gonna eat good tonight!!

Well, it all came out nicely!  The in-laws think I am the best cook EVER!!  My mother-in-law thinks she will never have to cook again (hope not, she is a great cook herself!)  Anyway, here are the last of the pics and yes, I AM ADDICTED!!!
