First smoke with A-Maze-n smoker

I finally broke down and for amazen smoker. After reading all the positive reviews I had to pull the trigger and get one. Got it started and going to test it out on some chicken.

Paramed Chicken looks good so far, what kind of pellets? I see you have a Cajun, I had one it only lasted 7months had no luck with their CS.

Yes, it is a Cajun injector smoker. This is actually my second one. This is the replacement they sent me. The first one lasted 2 years and had electrical problems. Which I see is common. I was going to upgrade and get a new one but since they sent me a replacement one at no charge I will stick with this one until I have issues. I love the way it cooks. I hope it last bit of not will upgrade for sure.

To answer your other question I am using mesquite for this first run.

Nice job! I have only done chicken once so far and it was juicy and good, but I didn't get that crispy skin.
