First Smoke w/QView

Finally got a chance to try smoking meat for the first time. It was trial and error, but I think I'm starting to get the hang of it a little bit now. I figured a pork shoulder would be a good place to start so I put some dry rub on it and smoked it up. I'm looking forward to getting back out there and trying different meats now.

Looks great. I love your edible thermometer bracket. I'm going to have to try that one myself. No way you could tell it was your first time from those pics. Good job.
