So after 6 hours at around 110c I finished up the first run of the smoker. The results were pretty good. Lot of lessons learnt with regards to controlling temp. Happy with the results for a first attempt at smoking especially on my own home built smoker. Brisket and pork ribs. Let me know your thoughts.

Ribs look good, too.

Congratulations on your first smoke. As long as it didn't have to be used as dog food, ya done good!

Did you get any pictures of the soker in action?

looks real good from here! My first couple smokes...lets just say didn't turn out that good..
