First of all I gotta say thanks to anyone and everyone who posted something here! I did a lot of reading and thanks to evryone everthing turned out awsome!


No charcoal box so I set the charcoal grates in so they resemble a charcoal box. Used the Minion Method.


Before they go in all rubbed down. (Jeffs Rub)


Hour into it....

By the way I used the 3-2-1 method and this is just before foiling.


Puttin some sauce on...Jeff's...


And the finished product! Might have went a little overboard on the sauce but they were finger lickin good!

Everything went really well. Ribs was good. I threw some of Dutches 'Not so wicked beans in (No Jalepenos). Again, thanks!

What gave it away???? Yeah they were those Kingsford Comp..
