Just picked up my first pellet grill/smoker as a late father’s day gift for myself last week. Did a few high temp grills but finally had a day off to do a long cook. A good boneless pork shoulder was at a good price so I snagged it and smoked it. Turned out great! Loving the pellets but I think my Weber is getting jealous.

Looks like a successful 1st smoke to me.

I'm sure there will be plenty more to come as well.
