A couple 8lb butts. Injected one with an injection I always use. And the other one with a new recipe that I found. Injected last night around 9pm and rubbed then down then wrapped them up and out them in the fridge. Woke up at 3am and set em out while I got the smoker up to temp. Hit em with some more rub and then on they went @ 250° Filled the amazen tube up with pellets and hickory chips. First pic was at 330. Second was 3 hrs in at 630
