Got a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker on Cyber Monday to replace my old Master Forge charcoal smoker.  Got a 5.5lb butt in the smoker, going on 7 hours and man alive is this thing amazing.  Haven't had to worry about the temp the entire time.

Used the basic rub recipe and have some of SoFlaQuer's finishing sauce waiting for the finished product.  I decided against the foil method and went at a higher temp than the suggested 225 (staying between 250-260).
