Just put a 13 lb brisket on my new smoker. Using Lumberjack 100% hickory with charhickory mixed in. Hope it all goes well. Been smoking for years with a MES 40.

That charhickory throws some smoke for sure, hope it turns out great, most of my smokes due not because i'm good just lucky and the equipment gods have been good to me lol

Everything is going well. Have it all wrapped. So far I am impressed we with this smoker. Only seems to be a little hotter at the back of the smoker.

I know did not get any pictures. It turned out great. I have this week off so if weather helping can get more smoked and will post. I am impressed with the u it so far. A ton of space. And temp did swing as much as I thought it would
