First smoke of the season…

Hey everyone. This is my second season with my offset smoker. Do I need to season it again like I did when I first bought it? Or should it be ok to smoke right away? It was p it away for the winter so it’s been unused for several months. Thanks!

I would fire it up to run the spiders & bugs out of it, if there happen to be any. Then I would put that beast right to work. Smokin!!!

Shouldn't need any re-seasoning unless you used any cleaner/chemical that removed it.
