Took me a while to get around to it but finally made some yard bird this weekend. Turned out fantastic.

I thought about it. Do they cook faster when spatchcocked?

And yes spatchcocking does cook quicker & more even.

Thanks. I've got chicken pretty much down now. Start with an overnight brine and finish the last 45 minutes at 375. Turns out great.
