Doing a little smoke on the new grill. Posted details in the charcoal forum to help complete the review of this grill but wanted to post some detail here, too.

6 lb butt, 3 lb baby back and some beef ribs also.

Coated butt and ribs with mustard and dry rub last night. Running at about 245 degrees.
 
Good luck with the new unit! The nice thing about the mixed meat smoke is you have something to eat while waiting for the rest to finish!
 
Planning on a Chuck roast or half brisket this weekend, depending on what I can find. Thinking about tacos.

Not sure if you got Kroger’s around you but went to my local store yesterday they had full choice packer briskets for $2.49 lb good through tomorrow
