I in no way want to downplay the importance of food safety but in 2011 there were 30 deaths from Salmonella (most from vegetables) and 26 deaths from lightening strikes.
I'm going to eat chicken, fish in the rain and eat raw oysters in 2012.
Looking good and I'm glad that you put the chicken below the beans. Then I was wondering about smoking in a closed up garage too. CO2 doesn't take much to get you loopy.
