First smart phone Help on pics

Galaxay S4. How do you just load one pic to pc. Every time I hitch up my phone it loads every pic every time, not just the ones you just took. My old un smart phone  knew to load just the last pics you took and no more. Thanks for the help

It is instant to this sight?  That is the only way. Photobucket will only upload recent pics. Thanks. Farmer

Go to your libary.

This is the easiest way I have found.
