Hi All,

Tried my hand at spare ribs and chicken today with baked beans on the side. Ribs took about 5.5 hours no foiling using Hickory and cherry wood in my WSM. They came out really tender and juicy I can't wait to do another batch!

Last night rubbed with my own recipe

Chicken smoked then crisped up in the oven at 500 for 15 mins

Beans. I modified Guy Fieri's  Infineon Raceway recipe, and added ribs trimming

Thanks Chef JimmyJ. In the rub I use home made chili powder that I make with ancho, aborl, and chile mulato as well as toasted cumin. I started doing this because the store bought stuff was adding to much salt to the rub. I also put a bit of toasted all spice in the rub.
