Hello, all.
Just figured I'd do the check in thing since I've spent considerable time on this site learning and checking my methods.
Just finished SS yesterday and RB today. I'm happy with the turnout, bit I need to modify the smoker. I can't get low temps (drying cycle) with it, and there's such a variance of temp in the cabinet that I had some get done while others weren't even close. Otherwise, here's some pics. Did some breakfast sausage as well, though fresh, not smoked. Ok, no pics. Too big. Thanks for all the info!
