Finally got my first grilling in on the River done. I did ABT's. Used my breakfast sausage. Done in 25 minutes and had nice smoke flavor. First action this grill has seen in several years. Putting legs off and on not going to be a problem I dont think. Nice grilling for someone other than myself. This going to be fun. Chicken legs next.

Great Brian, always nice to share,
ABT's with your breakfast sausage sounds great

I bet the river folks were happy.

Thanks David. They turned out great. Temp 165 and bacon done. They where so juicy. Love that Vortex. I starting some cured chicken legs this morning. Really does feel good grilling for folks!
