These are my first baby backs. I used the 2-2-1 method. Of course I learned it from here. I was called for work in the middle of smoking them. My wife finished them up. The sauce didn't caramel size enough. But they were sure good.

Isn't it wonderful when your mistakes are delicious? Write down what you did and what you'll do next to to fix it. That way you'll remember.

Oh and don't forget to compliment the bride on coming in as a relief pitcher and saving the game.
