Well finally was able to get ahold of some scrap pipe. Picked up a 60 ft piece. Cut the CC to 52" and the FB to 20" it's .375 wall (3/8ths)
Was thinking of 1 door. Make the top cut, weld hinges then make other cuts. Probably will need a counter weight. The calculator is giving me a stack height of 25" with a 4" pipe, it will be mounted on the side.
Plan on doing two racks, well 1 and a half.
Would 3/8" plate be fine for the RF plate? Or would 1/4" be better
I plan on putting a 2" pipe for a drain at the opposite side of the FB. Also if I can find one add a screw adjustment to keep that end lower.
Well I was thinking and reading some last night. Im gong to mount the FB on the bottom on the CC to give me a few extra inches of cook space.... hopefully ill be able to start welding in a few weeks. Got some last minute deer hunting to do
