Finished pulling pork, here are the ribs and pork ready to go to in-laws. They live 2 miles away, hope I don't get lost. Well, at least I will have nourishment if I do. I rubbed and prepped 2 briskets and son (on the pit I was talked out of) smoked them at his house ~ his first smoke. I told him it was all his unless he gets to many compliments then it was all my doin. LOL
Made some of Jeff's dippin sauce with a few minor adjustments, HmmmmHmmmmHmmmmm that is good sauce. Thanks Jeff. and thanks to everyone on this board that makes it what it is.
