Here's my first attempt at Q-View, and my first ribs on our new Green Mountain Grills, Daniel Boone.  So far, they smell great!  I'm trying the 3-2-1 method.

After 2 hours

I've got a few hours left.  I'll post more when they're done.  Unless, I'm too busy eating...

Looking good so far oh and welcome to SMF glad to have you on board I take it we will see some pics in a couple of hrs huh?

Here they are.  They are delicious, and great for a first smoke with the new grill, but I think I will shorten the time in the foil to 1 hour next time.  They seemed to be a tad over done, and one of the racks broke when I tried to lift it in the middle with tongs.

Excellent flavor, and mostly fell off the bone as you ate them.

Dang nab it man you are killin me my tuna casarole is not done yet and  now I want ribs you are a very very mean person LOL

Nice ribs, and awesome grill! I have the GMG also.  Love it, but watch your temps, mine runs about 12-15 degrees hotter than the controller shows.
