Hello all. I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brandon S. from western Colorado. I'm new to the site but not new to smoking and cooking. I've been smoking and cooking for a little over 30 years and enjoy it tremendously. I really enjoy all kinds of meats, including wild game. I'm looking forward to all the tips and giving some of my own if I have any wisdom in the area. Thanks for having me. Look forward to talking with you all.
