I have been a member for awhile now. I have to say I got some amazing ideas from this site. It's just getting warm enough up here in Northern Minnesota to start the smoke up. I'm gonna get a batch of sausage in the next few weeks. Just wanna get some good recipes for some hot Italian sausage. I plan on smoking with some local white Oak in a masterbuilt electric. So please send some ideas my way.
