Hey guys so I have been using the forum for a little while now and figured i would put up a post of the current smoke.
I picked up a 5lb top sirloin roast and it has been rubbed down with SPOG + Paprika and has been sitting in the fridge for the last 12 hrs taking in all of those great flavors.
The smoker is currently set to 230F w/ a hickory/pecan mix and will leave in uni i get to an IT of about 135F.
I will post pics throughout the process!!
