So...I used Memphis Dust and smoked at 225 until it reached an internal temp of 140. It was a 3.5lb loin...here's both before and after:

The IMG worked for me and that looks delicious. Looks plenty juicy. Great job. Im doing an 8.5 pounder tomorrow
 
Looks fantastic from my vantage point. The images showed up just fine, just as thumbnails.
