Gonna be throwing my first pork butt on my new MES tomorrow morning around 5:30am. Got about an 8# butt from the store. She's all rubbed out and chilln in the fridge, been in there for about 12 hours now. Dusted her twice with my homemade rub. Lookn forward to breaking in that MES baby! Ill be using hickory chips and apple juice/water in the water pan. Hope she turns out good! Got some family coming over to enjoy it with! Ill post pics tomorrow before I put it in and during the process. Stoked!! Yeeewww!!
