First overnight brisket on WSM

Great Brisket Bama! Nothing like a nice long Brisket smoke to make you appreciate a WSM! I love being able to light mine at midnight, get it up to temp., throw on the meat, and go back to bed for 6 hrs.

Looks good from my end! congrats ! I use a zip lock baggy for my temp also. Any way you can do a close up on the plastic bottles? got me wondering.

Just some juice bottles with the bottoms cut out for wet weather operations.  I cut a small hole in top to thread the iQ110 hang cord thru.  The cover for the thermometer fits snug over the utility pole but is rectangular so allows room on the side for wires.
