First offset smoker build

My first big offset smoker . Been smoking on it for 3 years now . Even won a few rib offs with it love it gonna put a pid on it a homemade one actuaully

Looks like you pushed the smoke chamber to firebox size ratio.  I would be interested to find out how well it works for you.

Actually it works really well not a problem maintaining temp . Have dampers on end of fire box and on top of 4 " vent stack very controlable. There's also a radius shaped heat shield runs the full length inside running a little pitch up away from fire box . I sit two pans of whatever I'm using on that for moisture . I'm a local 80 sheet metal worker everything on this beast was free but the wheels.
