Today I did my first pork belly strips smoke. They're in the fridge now cooling getting ready for a few to get seared for dinner.

I'd cut em up into chunks and give them the sauce/sugar/butter treatment over wicked high heat but that's just me. I've never thought of cooking them into strips :-)
