First Fatties

Tried my first fatties this weekend:

1.) Sausage, roasted peppers, onion, mushrooms, and provolone cheese.  Smoked @250 until IT of 165.  Charcoal and cherry.

2.) Sausage, spinach, olives, mushrooms, and feta cheese.  Smoked @250 until IT of 165.  Charcoal and cherry.

Great job. Those look really good! How did they taste???

Overall excellent.  I think the next time I might use black olives.  It was a bit on the salty side but not too much.
