Well as with most things I have an issue with going overboard, Today I'm doing a turkey breast 2 fatties, some atomic buffalo turds & 2 racks of baby back ribs. Wish me luck I checked out the directions for rollin a fatty made just 1 adjustment (I froze the sausage slightly before removing from the ziploc bag) I'll post pics if I can figure it out...........
