Rubbed it down with Jeff's Texas style rub and let it sit in the fridge over night.

I wanted some pulled Chuck this weekend but didn't find a good roast. You're making me regret no shopping around Doug😐

Damn that looks good! Horseradish was made for beef, and yours looks incredible!
Thanks! Horseradish was made for beef and for shrimp, aka cocktail sauce. No shrimp cocktail is worth eating if you can still see when you get done eating it.
