First cheese is in the smoker!

  1. I got my AMNPS in the mail today!  I did the initial burn off of the oil per the instructions and had it loaded up and ready to go when the husband came home from work.  (He had hidden the nozzle for the blow torch...)  It's started up and smoking nicely.  I am only doing a small batch to see how it comes out.  I have some eggs boiling to throw in there in a bit too.  You all know what cheese looks like straight from the fridge so no q-view that way but I will do some when everything is done.  Fingers crossed.

    Tip:  I don't know about other places, but I never load my AMNPS too far ahead of time, so the pellets don't suck up any humidity.

    Youll love the cheese. What pellets are you using? My favorite is peach.
