Well, only the second one i've done, but first one came out dry. First one i did was a full packer. The flat came out dry, but the point was awesome. So I'm thinking I overcooked it. Anyhow, I just went with a flat this time that I had purchased at a local butcher shop. No sauce needed this time. Came out great! Very happy with it. I would have like a little bit more of a smoke ring, but that's just aesthetics at this point.

I need a better knife, but here it is!

What smoker did you use?
 
Thanks! I used a Smoke Hollow cabinet propane smoker. Pecan wood and SPOG rub.
