This is actually my third one, but it's been two years since I cooked one. I've gained some knowledge and experience from this site so I decided to give it a go.

Hopefully it will be. I'm having a tough time controlling the temp in a 25 mph wind. Maybe I'll be eating around 6.
 
I foiled it and let it rest for three hours. By no means am I claiming to be an expert but I do believe this is the best brisket I have ever eaten in my life.
