Just put the brisket and my first attempt at the fatties on the okie jo so far so good :sausage:

im using lump charcoal and pecan hopefully it turns out as good as it smells .

both looked really tough but inside it was very tender and juicy all of it turned out well even the deep fried mac and cheese balls!
