Here’s how my first big smoke turned out for my family and friends. Brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs, smoked sweet sausage, and homemade jalapeño cornbread. All homemade rubs and BBQ as well. Still learning everyday and room for improvement but I’d say it was damn good! Had to share 😎

Pork bone came right out. Looking back I think the drippings from the meats above it, while yes they added a nice flavor profile to the brisket it definitely affected the bark a bit. It was wrapped in butcher paper not long after the other meats were added though. Anyone have advice on using a vertical smoker and placement of meats on the racks ?
