This was my first attempt at ribs.

Started with some Costco back ribs:

Fired up my amazen tube (which I'm starting to really like):

Cooked 2-2-1 using Chef JimmyJ's foiling juice:

The ribs were great. Smoke and flavor were good. The ribs were meatier than anything I've had before. I have the week off work and might attempt my first brisket later this week. Wish me luck.

Well , I got the day off today too , so let me be the first to say how nice those ribs look! I love baby backs , but there's a lot to be said for the meatier ribs from a little further up the ribcage. :grilling_smilie:

Those are way better than my first ribs but you found this forum before you tried. I didn't! Great job!

Please post your brisket effort too.

Ribs looks Awesome! The only style I have ever used is the St Louis cut.  I am going to have to branch out!
