My son's first attempt at summer sausage. Came out very, very good.

Looks Great!! I made sausage for the first time Sunday, how do you store it after its been smoked?
 
Once you make it at home you will never buy it in the stores again.
 
No, the smoker is a Masterbuilt Smokehouse 3-Rack Electric Smoker w/ Thermostat. Bought from QVC last August for $136.38 + shipping.
