First attempt making Jerk Chicken

First attempt at Jerk Chicken. I substituted Cherry wood and a foil bag of allspice berries for pimento wood, and used Walkers Wood and some fresh ingredients mixed in. Had it with rice and plantains.

Sounds great. Walkers Woods is legit (as is Grace). Great idea on the allspice berries. Could you smell them in the smoke?

Thanks, yes the allspice berries worked well you could smell them. Next time I will make two or more bags for longer smoke.
