Injected the chicken breast with a teriyaki marinade, let it sit in the fridge all day. After pulling them out, I patted them dry, rubbed a little olive oil, gave them a coat of beer can seasoning I had in the cabinet and wrapped in thick cut applewood bacon. Coated the potatoes with the EVOO garlic/basil. I used hardwood charcoal along with some applewood chunks. Brought the temp up to 280 or so, put the corn on for 2 hours and the yellow potatoes and chicken for about an hour. Chicken came out very juicy, corn and potatoes were perfect!!!
