Looks like you're getting a lot of good use out of that Lang!! One of these days I'll have one...

With that amount of meat, you will need help eating it. Allow me to volunteer. It is the least I can do.

I'm thinking about purchasing a Lang Smoker 36" Original Patio Smoker Cooker.  Are you happy with your Lang? I love the model you have also.  Maybe when I grow up I will purchase that one too lol. I would love to hear your feedback, pros and cons.  Thanks,

Josie aka SmokinVegasBaby!

Couldent be happier with mine. Holds temp with no problem ,and really does take ur bbq to a whole new level. No cons so far ,but will keep u posted if I run into any. As far as pros, the reverse flow plate is awesome. It Sears the meat and keeps all the juices in the meat. Don't take a lot of wood. Burned maybe an arm load after I got my temp up and that was on a ten hour cook. I would highly recommend this smoker to anyone.
