Question regarding fire temps. I am smoking a bunch of ribs and some of the Armadillo eggs at the same time. They both call for a 225 grill temp, however; I am using the BGE XL accessory that allows me to have two levels of cooking area. On the bottom level I have set the grill temp for 225 and and that is fine but with the lower level at 225 that makes the upper level at 255. I am using my stoker to monitor the grill temps on each level. Any suggestions on to compensate for the different grill temps?
